Living Health & Well-Being Week: Fall 2022

October 10-14: Celebrate the health and well-being benefits of REST

Health and well-being reflect multiple dimensions of our daily life. We examine the evidence supporting how our behaviors impact health throughout the Center for the Study of Human Health curriculum. Living Health Week is intended to be a time when we bring those concepts out of the classroom and apply them to our own lives.

This fall, Living Health Week takes place October 10-14. During this time, we challenge you to engage in activities that support all components of your health and well-being. Reset by taking a walk. Rejuvenate through laughter, music, and dance. Restore through quiet and peace.

It’s not just about activity, REST is restorative.

This week, embrace REST.

RELAX, RESTORE - STOP AND SIMPLY BREATHE

ENJOY, CREATE, AND BE WELL

SAVOR SILENCE, IMPROVE SLEEP

TAKE TIME TO TANGO...OR TO DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE, EVEN NOTHING AT ALL
