What is your major/minor?
Human Health BA & Political Science BA

Why did you decide to major/minor in Human Health at Emory?
When I learned about the Human Health major at Emory, I loved the idea of taking courses in practical and technical health knowledge while also looking at health through a humanities-focused lens. I think that looking at health from so many different fields and areas of focus has given me a very well-rounded sense of health both mechanistically and practically.

Once you receive your degree in Human Health at Emory, what's next for you?
I'll be working as an Associate Editor with the Health vertical at U.S. News & World Report and staying in Atlanta.

What advice do you have for someone considering a major/minor in Human Health at Emory?
I'd encourage someone to take as many different classes in Human Health as possible - don't just focus on one area of health or one particular focus, because all of the class options are incredible and you never know when you might discover a new passion.

What part of the Emory experience do you enjoy the most?
I think the people at Emory have truly made it the best experience. Everyone is so incredibly kind and supportive, and I've talked to so many people with really interesting stories who are truly passionate about the work that they do.
